Cartooning and Creative Thinking Workshop Rates
NB: all rates are subject to GST if conducted in Australia
Maximum class size 14 students. Age groups (don't mix) 9 to 12 - 13 to senior secondary.
Workshop Structure
Essentially, there are 2 components to the workshop. Obviously, the available time allocated to the workshop will dictate the thoroughness and 'depth' at which each section is taught:
• Drawing Smart Not Hard (20% of content) - Designed to give students the parameters for developing their own drawing styles. NB. This is not a 'How-To-Draw workshop.
• How Cartoonists Think of Jokes (80% of content) - shows how to develop systems for processing information in ways that produce humor. Develops Linear, Lateral and Divergent Thinking, Creative Thinking, Visual Thinking, Problem Solving skills.
